Brief Introcuction of PCR Fluorescence Filters

Real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR involves the following fields: clinical disease diagnosis, animal inspection and quarantine, food safety and scientific research.

It plays an important role in the detection, diagnosis and treatment of new coronavirus nucleic acid, hepatitis, AIDS, influenza, dengue fever, infectious diarrhea, etc.

Compared with traditional PCR, real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR has the following advantages:
1. The test results can be both qualitative and quantitative;
2. High detection sensitivity; There is no need to perform gel electrophoresis experiments, saving experimental time and improving efficiency.

Real-time PCR measurements use a fluorescence microscope, which consists of an excitation filter, a dichroic mirror, and an emission filter core optical component, which is mainly used to match the spectrum of a specific fluorophore or fluorescent protein.
